Class Teacher job summary

Reporting to one of our Joint Interim Heads of School the successful applicant will take responsibility for the education and welfare of a designated group of children, leading and managing additional adults within the classroom. In this sometimes challenging and rewarding role you will plan and deliver appropriate schemes of work closely matching the learning experiences offered with the individual needs of the child. The role includes maintaining assessment records and reporting on pupils' progress and attainment in accordance with school policy. You will liaise with speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists, who are on site supporting teaching and learning.
