Class Teacher job summary
The governors and I are looking to recruit a dynamic permanent class teacher with enthusiasm to help drive this school in its journey to excellence.

Moving into the new academic year, we are seeking to appoint a hard-working and committed class teacher (initially to cover a maternity leave). We all bring different strengths to the school, but we have one shared vision: we want every child to be happy, well cared for and successful. The children at Bridge Junior School belong to a diverse community whereby nearly all of our children are from ethnic minority groups and 69% have English as an additional language. There are over 20 different languages that are spoken across the school. The children are an absolute delight and are hungry to learn. We are a three-form entry maintained school and share strong links with our neighbouring feeder infant school as well as schools within our locality and across the City of Leicester.
