  • motivate and engage them in their learning
  • provide exciting and purposeful learning experiences
  • plan carefully sequenced, progressive sequences of learning
  • focus on the skills needed to help them thrive
  • support all pupils to make great progress
  • foster a caring and safe environment
  • work in effective collaboration with the wider school team, parents/carers and external agencies to ensure success
  • support in the development of our curriculum
  • lead subjects across school (unless ECT)
