Class Teacher job summary

We are looking to recruit a full time, permanent class teacher. We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and driven teacher who can inspire our pupils to learn. You will be initially based in  Year 3.

Brookfields Primary is 2-form entry, serving pupils in Hockley, Birmingham. You will join us as we continue our journey towards academic and personal excellence following a recent “Good” Ofsted Section 5 inspection.


You will have a proven record of:

• High expectations for the pupils that you teach

• Strong subject knowledge across the curriculum

• Meeting the teaching standards

You will:

• Be a qualified teacher

• Have a passion for developing your teaching practice

• Be a confident practitioner who is willing to go above and beyond for the pupils you teach

• Be a team player who will take on feedback and offer feedback to your peers

Create Partnership Trust was formed in September 2016 by Greet Primary Schooland Conway Primary School.  They were joined in January 2017 by Hodge Hill Primary Schooland November 2018 by Brookfields Primary School.  All are supported by CREATE CENTRAL, a growing team of specialists building the MAT’s infrastructure.

The vision for Create Partnership Trust encompasses the growth of an inspirational family of schools, built on a peer support and challenge model, so that barriers to optimum achievement are removed and where effective practice is systematically shared. 

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020.
