- Knowledge of strategies to raise pupil achievement and attainment
- Strong and consistent behaviour management that creates clear boundaries and a safe learning space for all
- Ability to identify barriers to learning and utilize strategies to overcome them;
- Ability to establish respectful, caring relationships with children
- Evidence of CPD and impact on own practice
- Ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of SEND children

Coldfall Primary School is an outstanding primary school based in Haringey, North London. We serve a diverse community of 680 pupils, aged 3-11 years. Coldfall puts its children at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a vocational teacher who can work in a highly professional team to motivate and inspire children, have high aspirations for them and to bring creativity, humour and enjoyment into all areas of school life.
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with pupils, staff and parents.
- Plan and deliver exciting lessons.
- Be dedicated to raising standards for all children.
