What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to maternity leave, we are looking to recruit at least one teacher for the academic year 2023 - 2024. The role is offered as a fixed-term temporary post, rather than a maternity contract, providing the successful candidate to have job security for the full academic year.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Primary class teacher for September 2023.
This position would suit either an experienced teacher or an ECT who wants to work in a school where there is WLB, professionalism, collaboration, and purpose.
The successful candidate will be relentless in their commitment to securing the best possible outcomes for all of our pupils. They will have high expectations of both themselves and the pupils with classroom practice that engages, inspires, motivates, and supports them. In essence, they will want to be the best that they can be and enjoy the journey to their achieving their own excellence.
We are looking for a team player who:
- demonstrates personal responsibility for their own development and the progress of their pupils
- has experience in primary education
- is enthusiastic, motivated with high expectations of self and others
- is keen to develop their skills throughout the whole school and take our school from good to outstanding
- is committed to raising standards by coordinating a curriculum area
- is able to fully support the vision of excellence
