There are so many marvellous things about Corngreaves Academy. We provide the highest quality education for children from 3 up to 11 years of age. In that time we make sure that they have lots of exciting learning opportunities to enable them to reach their full potential. After up to seven years at Corngreaves, we guarantee that all children will leave us as a confident individual, successful learner and a responsible citizen. Corngreaves is a wonderful place to work where all staff are valued, supported and developed to be the best they possibly can be. All staff have 8 INSET days per year in order to do this along with may other strategies to support with staff well-being and workload. Corngreaves Academy has an exciting opportunity for a wonderful Teacher to join our team from the Summer term or sooner if possible. This position could be in EYFS, KS1 or KS2. We are looking for the right person to join our staff family.

Our Leadership Team is made up of staff members who began their careers at Corngreaves as NQTs, which demonstrates how we grow careers. You will need to be passionate about teaching and achieving excellent outcomes for children. We are very proud of our school; we offer a vibrant and stimulating learning environment. We really do have the most fantastic pupils with excellent behaviour and attitude to learning. All our learning environments are highly engaging and support independent learning. We thoroughly invest in all of our staff by developing CPD opportunities through staff training and coaching and mentoring, from a talented Leadership Team. Our safeguarding and day-to-day practice around keeping children safe, and working with families ensures that you will really feel that what you do on a daily basis is highly positive and makes a difference to the lives of children. The interview will involve a teaching task, as this is key to selecting an effective, nurturing professional that will fit into life at Corngreaves, helping our children to develop their full potential.
