This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of an established team within our Special Opportunity Base provision and to bring high standards of teaching and learning to our school. Our ideal candidates will be committed to enhancing our children’s learning, have a good understanding of autism, be flexible and enjoy working as part of a pro-active and dedicated team.

Avenue Primary Academy is part of Cirrus Primary Academy Trust and is recognised as a Centre of Excellence for Inclusion.
“The school takes a holistic approach to education that empowers staff to provide a varied and balanced educational diet to children based on their individual needs. Equality and diversity are promoted through a fully inclusive curriculum where children are supported to access lessons through suitable scaffolding. Further to this, therapeutic activities are woven into lessons and playtimes in addition to the statutory provision outlined in any EHCPs.” IQM report June 2023.
