What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Have good subject knowledge and experience of teaching in English and Maths (including on placements).
- Be ready to bring your interests and enthusiasm about other aspects of the curriculum to us.
- Demonstrate ambition to develop professionally and learn from others.
- Have good organisation skills and demonstrate initiative.
- Have a good understanding of how to adapt learning to effectively support pupil progress.
- Have a positive outlook, resilience and good communication skills.
- Be committed to establishing a positive school experience; promoting high standards and providing effective purposeful feedback to learners.
