Class Teacher – KS2
Pickwick Academy Trust would like to recruit a Class Teacher based at Greentrees Primary School on a maternity cover.
Salary range:
M1 - M6, £31,650- £43,607 per annum, depending on experience
Start date: 1st September 2025
End date: 31st December 2025 or when the substantive job holder returns from their maternity leave. Notice will be given
Our School:
Greentrees Primary School is a two site two form entry Primary School with a 12 place Resource Base. The school is situated on the outskirts of Salisbury.
The school has strong international links and has an enquiry led skills based broad and balanced curriculum. The school prides itself on its behaviour. It is also committed to teaching children how they learn as well as the content of the curriculum. The school uses Guy Claxton’s 4 Rs of Learning and Carol Dweck’s Growth Mindset model to achieve this.
Role overview:
Greentrees Primary School would like to recruit an enthusiastic and high-quality teacher with vision and creativity, who enjoys working within a dynamic and committed staff. We believe that children only get one chance to experience childhood, and that they have an absolute right to the highest quality of education.
We are seeking applicants who are:
- Confident teachers who demonstrate high expectations of both pupil achievement and behaviour for all

- Passionate about learning and demonstrate a desire to research and find out more in order to improve their own practice
- Can work creatively using our outstanding curriculum as a starting point

- Experience with working across all Primary Key Stages
