Class Teacher job summary
The successful candidate will join us to complete a strong team and contribute to the school’s calm, friendly and positive approach
You must:
*Be an inspiring, highly skill innovative classroom teacher with a commitment to promoting high standards
*Be flexible and adaptable with high expectations in order to achieve the best outcomes for the children
*Have a sound understanding of primary pedagogy
*Focus clearly on the drive to lift pupil attainment
*Have an excellent knowledge of the national curriculum
*Develop positive working relationships with children, parents and staff
*Be able to demonstrate a commitment to being part of a caring school environment
*Have a good understanding of the teaching of English, Maths and Phonics
*Have experience of using a variety of assessment stategies and assessment data to ensure all pupils fulfill their potential in all areas of the curriculum
