Holds QTS and has recent experience of teaching in a primary classroom (training experience welcome for ECTs)

Can inspire, motivate, and engage children of all abilities

Is committed to inclusive practice and understands how to meet a diverse range of needs

Demonstrates excellent classroom management and a creative approach to learning

Is a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Brings energy, enthusiasm, organisation and resilience to the role
