We are proud of our nurturing environment and high standards (in class and out of class), and therefore are looking for someone with the following qualities:
- A strong teaching practitioner who has experience in EYFS/Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 (depending on which of the two roles the candidate is applying for).
- Someone who is committed to doing what it takes to help secure the best outcomes for pupils.
- A team player who enjoys working as part of a strong, supportive group and who thrives on being part of a hard-working environment.
- A commitment to the highest standards of achievement and behaviour.
- Someone who is an excellent communicator, who is committed to building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
All our successful applicants will be expected to embrace life as a ‘primary school’ across two sites (including travelling between sites). Although we are C of E schools, applicants do not need to be of Christian faith; all faiths or no particular religion are welcomed to apply.
