What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced and successful practitioner to join our Core Leadership and take on the role of Early Years Manager to lead our team of talented, motivated and enthusiastic staff. The right candidate will have a proven track record of impact in Early Years. The EYFS manager will be responsible of providing leadership and management of the school’s key stage curriculum, delivering high-quality teaching and provision. They will work to maintain and improve high standards and achievement for all pupils.

The role does come with 0.6 class teaching responsibility and 0.4 leadership.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • a passion for teaching and learning
  • high expectations of yourself and the children you work with
  • good knowledge of the National Curriculum requirements
  • committed to working as part of a team
  • experience of supporting young people
