What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint outstanding class teachers on a permanent basis from September 2023. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of established teams and to bring high standards of teaching and learning to our Trust.
We have a popular and successful ECT Programme, and are inviting applications from those who will have gained QTS before September 2023.
We also invite applications from experienced teachers and aspiring or established middle leaders, and would be delighted to discuss with you this next phase of your career.
You will be:
Enthusiastic, highly skilled and motivated to create unique learning opportunities for our pupils;
Committed to excellence and with a growth mindset for your own development, including for use of technology within the classroom which is a key focus for the Trust;
Aligned with the Trust’s commitment to collaborative learning for all, through an ambitious curriculum and outstanding teaching, and high quality coaching for our staff.
What the school offers its staff
As a growing Trust, we can offer you:
A range of training and development opportunities regardless of your experience or level of responsibility
Opportunities to progress your career through increased responsibilities or specialism, enabling you to make a difference to pupils beyond your immediate class, year group or school
A comprehensive induction programme at both a central and school level
An opportunity to teach and learn from others at schools rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted
Access to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme and Employee Assistance Programme
A supportive environment and the freedom to deliver a creative and exciting curriculum
