What skills and experience we're looking for
- An excellent classroom practitioner with a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning to inspire, nurture and guide pupils of all abilities
- Proven ability to teach at a ‘good plus’ level within a classroom, including assessment and feedback
- Have very high expectations of achievement and behaviour and have energy, enthusiasm, drive and determination to raise standards
- Proven ability to lead your class with courage and integrity, basing decisions on securing the best outcomes for every child.
- Commitment to modelling Floreat's character virtues in order to grow these across the school community.
- Exceptional organisational skills including time management.

Floreat Wandsworth Primary school are looking to recruit enthusiastic, aspirational and dedicated Class Teachers to join our school on a full time or part time basis, to provide the best education for our children by ensuring they are supported, engaged and inspired in their learning. As part of our energetic and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate students to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the school.
