Essential educational requirements
Qualified Teacher Status.
Essential skills and experience
Be an outstanding teacher and be able to model good practice for others
Have teaching experience or practice in Key Stage Two
Have experience teaching the Primary curriculum
Have theory and practice of providing effectively for the individual needs of all children (eg classroom organisation and learning strategies)
Have knowledge of Statutory National Curriculum requirements at the appropriate key stage
Has experience of monitoring, assessment, recording and reporting of students’ progress
Has effective teaching and learning styles
