What the school offers its staff
Cholsey Primary School is a thriving, forward –thinking primary school, where we want the children to be inspired to learn and to enjoy the curriculum whilst being nurtured and helped to flourish as young people. Similarly, we want our staff to be inspired to innovate in the classroom and develop themselves to contribute to the success of the whole school.
Our behaviour for learning is excellent and we work hard to encourage a positive mind-set and can-do attitude from the moment our children join us. We have a diverse curriculum and offer rich experiences that broaden horizons and opportunities for every child. We pride ourselves on the care we offer children and families.
This will be an excellent opportunity to work at a caring school with a wealth of CPD opportunities. Cholsey is a member of OPEN, the Oxfordshire Primary Education Network, an innovative group of schools working to provide the highest quality of education for its children. As such, we are able to offer rich learning experiences through collaborative working across all our schools.
We also offer a caring staff team, lovely children who are keen to learn, hardworking governors, and supportive parents and carers.
Commitment to safeguarding
Cholsey Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Reference checks will be performed prior to interview.
