Class Teacher – full time (permanent). Early Years and Year 1 job summary
We are looking to appoint a permanent teacher to join Team Salcombe. Ideally the successful candidate would teach our Early Years and Year 1 class from September 2022 and work closely with staff in continuing to develop the nursery provision.
We are seeking a teacher who wants to work with all members of the community and school, to provide the children with the very best education. Teachers at Salcombe thrive on challenge, have good curriculum knowledge and are passionate about providing a stimulating and purposeful environment so that children are encouraged to reach their full potential in moral, academic, social and spiritual education. In return, we can offer you a supportive environment within a friendly team, with the added advantage of working closely with other schools within the hub and across the Trust. Knowledge of Read Write Inc and the EY framework would be desirable as the successful candidate will need to lead Early Reading.
