Class Teacher job summary

Higham Ferrers Junior School are looking for a teacher to join our school on a full-time, permanent contract from September 2026. We need a teacher who will deliver an exceptional educational experience for our children. We welcome applications from ECTs.

We have experience of developing and support ECTs through the Early Career Framework. For ECT applicants we can offer the following development opportunities and support:

Experienced mentor who will work with you through a bespoke CPD programme focused not only on your ECT period but your future career.

PPA time with a team of accomplished teachers.
