Job summary

An opportunity has arisen to join Kingsley Special Academy on a fixed-term contract. We are looking to appoint a teacher to join our outstanding team, starting early 2020. Whoever we appoint will be a voracious learner who sees fun and adventure as crucial in the learning experience. They will demonstrate polished and effective core teaching skills and will feel driven to acquire specialist expertise to enable them to shine in our galaxy of star performers.

Essential skills and experience

Competent ICT skills
Ability to modify the National Curriculum to allow access for a wide range of pupils in the school
Able to maintain a structured working environment to enable children to understand the pattern of their days and expectations made of them
Have skills to work as a member or a team and usefully deploy the services of support staff to maximise children's learning potential
Skills to work closely with parents and be able to sustain regular useful communication
