Working pattern
- Part time: The pattern of work would be Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We may be able to extend the post to full time for an Early Career Teacher to facilitate extra non-contact time required.

- Excellent communication skills
- Teaching experience in KS1 or KS2
- An ability to work towards deadlines with high levels of accuracy
- Evidence of excellent teaching skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Understands and deploys suitable pedagogy when teaching and has good subject knowledge to teach at the age range required.
- Can identify the needs of pupils and use detailed knowledge and skills to support pupils’ learning. (desirable)
- Good classroom management
- Can establish productive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
- Works well within and contributes to team development. Shows keenness to network beyond the school.

We are looking for an excellent class teacher whose main responsibilities will be:
- To demonstrate a commitment to achieve the best outcomes for all children both in terms of their academic progress and well-being
- To deliver teaching that inspires children to learn and enables them to reach their full potential
- To pursue the aims of the school in a positive manner and promote the agreed Aiming High Together ethos
