Class Teacher (Key Stage 2) job summary

About the role: Hartley Primary Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher (Key Stage 2) to join our teaching team on a full-time basis from January 2022.

We have an incredibly positive and enthusiastic work ethic within our academy; all staff are supported and enjoy working within our friendly and collaborative environment. We are a school that thrives on teamwork, recognises the importance of high-quality support for the teachers and offers a creative and responsive package of CPD for all staff. The basis of this role is permanent and offering MPS/UPS dependent on experience.

What are we looking for in you? To be successful you need to be a qualified teacher who is passionate and knowledgeable about primary education; experience of teaching across the key stages is desirable. We will focus on what attributes you will bring to the academy and most importantly what impact you will have on our students. Our successful teacher will be able to demonstrate successful outcomes in English, Maths and Science and has developed excellent behaviour management. You will have high personal and professional standards, drive and energy.

Working for us: Roundash Nursery at Hartley is part of Hartley Primary Academy. We have 60 spaces for our youngest pupils, Monday to Friday, offering both morning and afternoon sessions.
