Class Teacher - Key Stage 2 job summary

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 9 primary schools, soon to be 10, Teaching School, and SCITT. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire. Our academies are quite distinctive and separate schools, serving different communities and phases but all either are, or have the capacity to become, outstanding.
We are seeking to recruit an exceptional class teacher for Osborne Primary School. The successful candidate will need to be an excellent teacher who will enjoy working as part of our hard working, forward thinking team. We are focused on ensuring that each child makes excellent progress in an environment where they feel loved and nurtured and their levels of well-being are high. The successful candidate will be someone who;
 has a thorough working knowledge of the national curriculum, demonstrating a strong pedagogical understanding of effective teaching approaches
 is dedicated to ensuring that every child is happy and successful with their learning
 demonstrates the drive and ability to ensure the highest possible standards for all children in their care
 fosters excellent working relationships with parents and carers
 supports the vision and ethos of our school community
This post is also suitable for NQT’s. We offer NQT’s an excellent 10 day induction programme commencing on 12th July 2021 and you will be paid £18,169 per annum (pro rata) with effect from 12th July until 31st August 2021.
