Class Teacher

Full time – April 2023 Start

Open to existing qualified teachers, TMS 1-6 or final year students who would be placed on the unqualified scale until qualification.

Kingsthorpe village primary is a popular one form entry school, who again received a Good from Ofsted in October 2021. This children and staff are highly motivated to learn and a joy to spend time with. Our three school drivers are, initiative, the arts and wellbeing and the school prides itself on its support for the children and all of its staff.

We are seeking a highly professional and passionate teacher to join the schools hard working and dedicated team. This post is open to existing qualified teachers or final year students looking for their first post in teaching. This is a fabulous opportunity to work alongside highly talented, experienced and supportive staff within a maintained primary school ethos.

The school delivers an exciting and inspiring curriculum that is well mapped and teachers are guaranteed dedicated PPA time as well as additional tine for competing key tasks throughout the school year. For recently qualified teachers access to a school mentor would be made available.
