What skills and experience we're looking for

The children, staff and Governors of Harmans Water Primary School are able to offer an exciting opportunity for an individual wishing to join our nurturing school.

Applications are invited from both existing practitioners and Early Careers Teachers.

We are looking for teachers who will:

  • be able to demonstrate a commitment to excellent & innovative teaching and have a genuine impact on school improvement.
  • have a clear understanding of how to differentiate learning experiences to engage and challenge all children. Implement initiatives that raise standards of children.
  • understand the importance of ongoing assessment to determine children’s next steps in learning
  • be able to work effectively within a large team
  • demonstrate a commitment to the aims and ethos of our school
  • work hard with us to help us to continue to develop our children and community
