We're looking for the right person to join our fabulous team, with either energy, enthusiasm and fresh ideas or energy, enthusiasm and experience. Either works for us! This job is suitable for both ECTs and experienced practitioners.
We are seeking a committed and passionate class teacher, to teach in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
We have amazing children in our school, who are all determined to become aspirational changemakers in order to be the very best they can be. At The Grange, our curriculum focuses on giving children the skills they need to bring about change in their own lives, the lives of others and the wider world. Our golden threads of wellbeing, diversity, oracy and enquiry and exploration, encourage our children to become truly independent learners.
With school life finally returning to normal, we are excited to be recruiting staff to join our team. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate teachers who want to help our children to make a difference in the world. We can offer you opportunities for career development; supportive colleagues, governors and parents and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our fabulous children.
The Grange School is commited to safer recruitment and full checks will be conducted throughout the recruitment process.
This position begins at the start of the Summer Term, but an earlier start date may be available for the right candidate.
In return, we can offer you:
. delightful, polite children who want to learn
. a supportive team of colleagues, parents and governors
. a real sense of community
. a stimulating, attractive and welcoming environment in which to spend your days
. lots of resources
. additional PPA time
. first class well-being support, including a genuine regard for work - life balance
. opportunities for personal and professional development, including regular high-quality training
In addition, if you're an ECT, we can offer you the support of a coach, a colleague in a parallel class, dedicated weekly non-contact time and a bespoke training package during your early years.
If you are a more experienced teacher looking for your next opportunity, we can offer you support to pursue areas of interest or specialism, including the opportunity to progress your career further - either in leadership or in exemplary classroom practice.
