Class Teacher KS1 (Part Time – 3 days a week) job summary

Clenchwarton Primary School, part of West Norfolk Academies Trust are seeking a Class Teacher for KS1 to provide an effective education to pupils within the framework provided by the Headteacher, the Governing Body, DfE and the Local Authority, paying full regard to all statutory requirements.

The appointed candidate will have excellent subject knowledge, demonstrate innovative teaching and have the commitment to raise the achievement of pupils at all levels.

Part time - 60%

Clenchwarton Primary School is a one form entry school with about 193 children split into seven classes. We believe all children in our school are entitled to a secure and happy environment, in which they are encouraged to become independent, considerate to others and to make the most of their abilities.

The children at Clenchwarton are well behaved, hardworking and report that they really enjoy coming to school. They also report how well cared for they feel by our wonderful team of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff, who are also well behaved and hardworking!
