What skills and experience we're looking for
1. QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING
Qualified teacher status
Evidence of continuing professional development
Experience of teaching phonics (desirable)
Experience of teaching Read Write Inc (desirable)
2. PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING (all essential)
Experience of primary school teaching
A strong commitment to inclusion, with high expectations for all learners
Good understanding and use of assessment, including monitoring and tracking
Commitment to achieve and sustain high standards
Excellent behaviour management skills
Ability to create a challenging, vibrant and happy learning environment.
Excellent use of ICT
