What skills and experience we're looking for
Applications are invited from both existing practitioners and Early Careers Teachers.
We are looking for teachers who will:
- be able to demonstrate a commitment to excellent & innovative teaching and have a genuine impact on school improvement.
- have a clear understanding of how to differentiate learning experiences to engage and challenge all children. Implement initiatives that raise standards of children.
- understand the importance of ongoing assessment to determine children’s next steps in learning
- be able to work effectively within a large team
- demonstrate a commitment to the aims and ethos of our school
- work hard with us to help us to continue to develop our children and community
