Class Teacher KS3-KS5 job summary

Moorcroft School are looking to recruit class teachers to work with our secondary aged students.

Moorcroft School is part of Eden Academy Trust with a satellite provision for our Year 7s and 8s on another site (10 mins drive from each other). The Eden Academy Trust is growing its family of schools and plans to open two new free schools in the coming years.

The students have a range of learning disabilities including those who are autistic and those who have physical or sensory needs that may include:

Significant and multiple learning difficulties and disabilities.

Additional sensory impairments.

Communication difficulties.

Additional medical and healthcare needs, including complex epilepsy and life-limiting conditions.

We are looking for teachers who can inspire young people to achieve their very best and who will contribute to the vision and values of our school.

We offer a bespoke induction programme for new teachers to the Trust. This includes comprehensive training for those embarking on a new career and a wide range of professional development opportunities for experienced teachers. You also will have an opportunity to work collaboratively throughout the Eden Academy Trust and alongside our multi-professional team.
