As a teacher at College town Primary School, you will play a crucial role in helping pupils achieve their full potential. As the Creative Arts Lead, you will champion high-quality teaching and learning, serving as an exemplary role model. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development. To support every child reach their full potential as well as supporting your colleagues in planning and implementing an inspiring and memorable curriculum.

We are looking for a team player who:

  • demonstrates personal responsibility for their own development and the progress of their pupils
  • has proven effective teaching within the primary range 5 - 11
  • is enthusiastic, motivated with high expectations of self and others
  • is committed to raising standards
