Little Reddings is a two-form entry primary school with nursery. We have moved into a brand new state of the art building and have recently rebranded to show that ‘Anything is Possible’ at our school. We are part of the innovative Bushey St James Multi-Academy Trust and work closely with staff and young people at Bushey Meads to support each other to improve outcomes for our extended community.
The staff, Governors and children are all extremely friendly and supportive and behaviour within the school is good. The school offers great opportunities for staff development and is on an exciting journey towards excellence. Heavily subsidised childcare at our Little Gems Nursery is offered as a package with all posts within Bushey St James Trust, plus free gym membership and an Employee Assistance Programme for support on personal matters.
Please do not hesitate to contact the school if you would like to discuss the role further and visits to the school are positively encouraged.
