What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an inspirational teacher who is able to teach, ideally lower KS2, with experience in subject leadership. A passion for promoting creative arts within the school would be desirable, but not essential.
The candidate must be:-
- a passionate classroom practitioner with an establish track record of high expectations and aspiration for all children's achievement,
- is passionate about learning and able to work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality curriculum,
- has previous experience of working with a divers range of learning needs including excellent provision for children with additional needs,
- has a good working knowledge of formative assessment practice and other assessment strategies,
- has excellent expertise in creating a stimulating and appropriate environment that motivates learners.
The post is suitable for newly qualified teachers, those in the early stages of their career or for candidates with more experience.
