Class Teacher, lower KS2 job summary
Feel you’ve ‘missed the boat’? Wish you’d changed schools last year and regretting it now? Don’t despair! We can help!
Come and work with us at the Kite Academy and be part of something new and exciting. We can speak to your current/existing employer re your contract and notice period - don’t let this put you off!
We are looking for a vibrant, engaging, knowledgeable teacher to lead and facilitate learning in our wonderful Y3 class - with just 12 pupils (currently)!
Our school needs to and will improve rapidly over the next few terms! Nearly all the teachers and Leaders are new at our one form entry school this September because the children at The Ferns need the very best and need you!
There are an abundance of opportunities to manage and lead all areas of the curriculum and/or school life for those motivated and ambitious enough to want to, or a total focus on class teaching and the progress of children in your class, if that’s what you prefer.
We firmly believe in staff well-being and offer you a psychologically safe environment - not just gimmicks (such as a back massage!) that pay lip service to such important matters!
An enhanced starting salary is available for the right person.
