Lumbertubs Primary is an exciting and welcoming school in which to work. The school is part of the Campfire Education Trust. We have high expectations of our children and we provide a happy, safe, exciting learning environment where children develop a love of learning. We are looking for an outstanding practitioner to join us, who is dedicated to providing high quality teaching and learning as we move forward on our journey to develop further.

The successful candidate should be able to:

  • Engage and inspire pupils, making learning exciting and memorable
  • Set high expectations and have the ability and drive to raise standards
  • Be committed to the highest standards of learning, teaching and planning with a good knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Demonstrate excellent understanding of how to effectively support children and close the gap to ensure equal and outstanding outcomes for all pupils
  • Work collaboratively within a highly productive team
  • Demonstrate a genuine love of working with children and a passion to make a difference.
