Class Teacher (Maternity Cover) job summary

Denton Primary School wishes to appoint a temporary, full time Teacher to join our friendly team from early 2021 to cover maternity leave.

Our village school is in a beautiful rural setting close to our partner school in The Ashby Federation, Yardley Hastings Primary School, who we closely collaborate with.

We warmly invite applications from both new and experienced individuals and you would be welcome to visit us, either virtually or in person in a socially distanced way- just drop us a line to arrange an appointment. This post is ideally within Key Stage 2, but there is element of flexibility. We are seeking a Teacher who is passionate about learning; creative and positive, and enjoys the rewarding and challenging experience of helping children to grow and achieve their very best.

The safety and wellbeing of our pupils is of the utmost importance to us; therefore, the successful applicant will be subject to enhanced DBS clearance, medical, Disqualification by Association and other required checks and must provide two referees that can be contacted ahead of the interview date.
