What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a passionate and inspirational teacher who:

  • Has sound knowledge and understanding of child development, Development Matters and Birth-to-Five guidance, and the statutory ELGs
  • Is experienced in working with children aged 3-5 years
  • Is an excellent teacher with high expectations, familiar with planning in the moment and curiosity approaches to teaching and learning
  • Is enthusiastic about creating learning opportunities for children in both indoor and outdoor provision
  • Has a love of the outdoors and an interest in forest learning
  • Is able to challenge and engage children with all needs, including EAL and SEND
  • Has EYTS or QTS
