Scotch Orchard Primary School is part of The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership (ATLP), a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 9 primary schools, Teaching School, and SCITT. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire.

We are seeking to recruit an exceptional class teacher for Scotch Orchard Primary School. The successful candidate will need to be an excellent teacher who will enjoy working as part of our hard working, forward thinking team. We are focused on ensuring that each child makes excellent progress in an environment where they feel loved and nurtured and their levels of well-being are high. The successful candidate will be someone who;
• has a thorough working knowledge of the national curriculum, demonstrating a strong pedagogical understanding of effective teaching approaches
• is dedicated to ensuring that every child is happy and successful with their learning
• demonstrates the drive and ability to ensure the highest possible standards for all children in their care
• fosters excellent working relationships with parents and carers
• supports the vision and ethos of our school community
This post is also suitable for NQT’s. We offer NQT’s an excellent 2 week induction programme commencing in July 2020 and you will be paid as an Unqualified Teacher until 31st August 2020.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent is an essential requirement of the role.
