We are a small village school with approximately 100 children, situated in the beautiful village of Oakley, Buckinghamshire. Our Christian values are at the heart of everything that we do to support our children develop intellectually, physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually. We also pride ourselves on our excellent results, good pupil behaviour and attitudes. We are looking for a teacher who:
Inspires and engages all learners
Has high expectations of all children
Is committed to inclusive education and developing children as independent learners
Is interested in developing their own practice
Has excellent communication skills, is organised and able to work effectively both independently and as part of an enthusiastic team
Builds rapport with children, parents and colleagues
Will ensure the ethos of the school is upheld
Is willing to participate fully in school life, share good practice with colleagues and be able to lead a curriculum subject across the school
