Are you a primary teacher with a passion for inclusion and SEND? We are looking for a teacher to join us in September to work in our lower KS2 class. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to the learning and achievement of pupils within our small school. We are looking for a class teacher who has knowledge of the primary curriculum, alongside a passion for SEND and inclusion. We welcome applications from ECTs as well as experienced teachers, who have a proven track record of excellent classroom practice. We pride ourselves on our whole school approach to emotional regulation which supports our pupils to learn and thrive. Our vision encapsulates our work, ‘‘At Christ Church we nurture and encourage one another to shine so we become the best version of ourselves’. Are you that person? You may be someone who has previously worked in a special school or maybe you are ready for your next challenge. Our school is a small school in an area of deprivation in Frome, Somerset. Our schools received our SIAMs inspection in June 2023 with the inspector recognising, ‘Adults are united in their desire to see every pupil flourish.’ Our school is firmly on the journey to good and this is an exciting opportunity for a new class teacher to be a part of this journey. If you are interested in becoming part of our small, dedicated team please get in touch to arrange a visit. Candidates are invited to contact the school and arrange to visit and meet with the Headteacher.
If you would like to arrange this, please book an appointment via phone 01373 463781 or email enquiries@christchruch.bwmat.org . Application forms should be accompanied by a full letter of application and sent to the school office by post or email to the School Business Manager rowena.robinson@christchurch.bwmat.org Closing date: Friday 17th May at 9am Interview date: Thursday 23rd May This post will commence September 2024
