About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic primary school teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and creating engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment and contributing to the wider team. This role to work as part of a job share so good clear communication is going to be vital to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons with adaptive teaching .

  • Assessing and monitoring student progress to inform teaching strategies.

  • Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and support student development.

  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in primary school teaching.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
