About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic primary school teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and creating engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment and contributing to the wider team. This role to work as part of a job share so good clear communication is going to be vital to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons with adaptive teaching .
Assessing and monitoring student progress to inform teaching strategies.
Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and support student development.
Building strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience in primary school teaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
