KS2 Class Teacher (SENCO/ SLT) Full time
Start Date: September 2022
Salary: UPS 1 – 3 dependent on experience
This post would be ideal for:
• An experienced teacher who has reached the top of the main scale and is looking for an opportunity to develop as a leader
• An individual who is already, or who would like to train to become a SENCO
• Someone with experience of leading a subject (ideally but not essentially Maths)
The successful candidate will:
• Be able to deliver high quality teaching and learning
• Be excellent, organised, enthusiastic and motivated classroom practitioners
• Actively contribute to our dedicated and hardworking team
• Ensure every child feels secure, respected and valued with a commitment to safeguarding children
• Create exciting learning experiences
• Have an excellent sense of humour and be able to build up very good relationships with children, parents and other staff colleagues
We can offer:
• The opportunity to work closely with the Headteacher as part of SLT to influence the strategic direction of the school
• One half day in addition to PPA for your SENCO/SLT role
