What skills and experience we're looking for
This is a permanent position, suitable for experienced teachers who are looking for progression into leadership roles, or looking to take their next step.
Essential skills required:
A focus on community and collaboration and a commitment to forging strong relationships with parents
High aspirations and expectations for every pupil to succeed
An understanding of the value of developing the ‘whole’ child
Vision and drive to improve standards in all areas of school life
