Polden Bower School are seeking to appoint a permanent full time Class Teacher

MPS/UPS to start as soon as possible. Opportunity for TLR for the right candidate for a middle leader role

Polden Bower School are looking for a dynamic, creative and flexible full-time teacher to start as soon as possible on a permanent contract.

In addition to this we also have a vacancy for a full time MPS Class Teacher to cover a period of maternity leave to start June 2022 to May 2023 (unless the post holder returns earlier)

We are looking for outstanding teachers with experience of primary or special educational needs to work within our school. All teachers lead an area of the curriculum. We offer a personalised curriculum alongside a wide range of enrichment opportunities and interventions. You would be working within a supportive team of committed teachers and support staff.  If you feel you have what it takes to work with us to achieve the very best for our students we would very much like to hear from you.

This is a very exciting time to be joining a growing Federation. We are working in partnership with The Bridge School which is the PRU within Bridgwater. Our new school, is a 160-place special school and has the specialist resources needed to meet the needs of our students. state-of-the-art facilities for all the children and young people, this includes a warm water pool for physiotherapy; a sports hall; a sensory room; and fully accessible classrooms with the latest teaching technology. Our sixth form is based at a new purpose built site “Centre for Independence” on Albert Street in Bridgwater.

We are committed to offering our staff a high quality and extensive CPD and offer opportunities for progression throughout the school and wider partnership.
