We are looking for a Class Teacher to take on responsibility for Pupil Premium and Personal Development for our academy.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the whole school PP strategy aligned to the School Development Plan, with a published plan that is evidence informed and reviewed termly.
- Ensure funding is targeted at high impact provision (teaching, targeted academic support, wider strategies) and that spending complies with trust/school finance procedures.
- Maintain a live PP dashboard (attainment, progress, attendance, behaviour, exclusions, wellbeing referrals) and analyse gaps versus non PP pupils.
- Have high expectations of learners to ensure they achieve their full educational potential
- Set challenging teaching and learning objectives which are relevant to all students in your classes
Pay range:
MPS £32,916 - £45,352 + TLR2a £3,527.00
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified teacher status or recognised equivalent
- Degree in related subject specialism
- Ability to teach ‘outstanding’ lessons
- Proven success of improving student outcomes within a school
