Class Teacher - Reception or KS1 job summary
The Governors of Nether Green Infant School wish to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to join our team. This post will be a full time post. As a school we are committed to supporting the professional development of all teachers and have a very experienced staff that are keen to welcome a new teacher into their team; we welcome applicants from newly or recently qualified teachers. Nether Green Infants is a happy school and our children thrive on the high quality opportunities we provide for them. • Is committed to deliver high quality learning experiences which meet the needs of every child in their class
• Has high expectations and a commitment to securing outstanding progress for all learners
• Has effective communication skills and the ability to establish excellent relationships with parents and other members of the school community
• Is aspirational for their own professional development and keen to share ideas and learn from colleagues
• Has a good understanding of planning, teaching and assessment in KS1 and the Early Years Foundation Stage (please let us know if you have a preference / area of strength / experience)
• Has a commitment to providing rich and challenging learning experiences across the curriculum for all children

Our school is situated on the outskirts of south west Sheffield city centre. We are full 213 happy, hard-working four to seven year olds and a dedicated committed staff team. most recent Ofsted inspection in July 2018 acknowledged that we 'good' confirmed 'Pupils receive good quality education.
