Ability to engage pupils in their learning through high quality planning and delivery
Ability to readily establish professional relationships and work as part of a team
Ability to communicate accurately and effectively verbally and in writing
High quality curriculum management skills - planning, delivery and assessment
Organisational ability
Excellent ICT skills
Ability to demonstrate high standards of classroom practice with a track record of at least good progress and raising standards of achievement within your class or placements
Consistent good/outstanding teaching/practice record in primary schools
