Class Teacher job summary

The Directors of Exceed Learning Partnership wish to appoint an experienced Class Teacher who will make an outstanding contribution to the education within our school.

We would welcome applications from candidates who are committed to ensuring all children, regardless of background achieve the best they can.

We are looking for a candidate with the following essential requirements:

• Experience of teaching in Key Stage 2
• A track record of good or better teaching
• Excellent, up to date, knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Experience of using assessment and observations to inform effective planning.
• An understanding of how to improve outcomes and raise achievement for all children.
• Excellent organisational skills
• A good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• A team player who contributes to whole school improvement
• A commitment to working in close partnership with staff, governors, parents and the wider community.
• A commitment to professional development.
