o Has experience of working with a range of pupils and believes in an inclusive classroom.

o Thinks teaching is an amazing job.

o Wants to make a huge difference to children’s education.

o Is bursting with ideas and has the energy, flexibility, and enthusiasm to put them into practice.

o Is a good team player.

o Is willing to lead a curriculum area / after school club within school (please state individual strengths).

o Is aspirational and wants to become a leader in the future.

What the school offers its staff

In return, we can offer the successful candidate the opportunity:

o To work with children whose behaviour for learning and conduct is exceptional.

o To work with children who want to learn.

o To observe and learn from outstanding practice.

o To work with a highly reflective and genuinely supportive team.

o To develop subject leadership skills within a school setting.

o To become part of our Primary Learning Partnership.

o To receive CPD which matches experience and aspiration.
